While Panerai are more used to the idyllic temperatures and environments of the Italian Mediterranean, they’ve by no means forgotten about their customers in the slightly chillier climes of northern England. In partnership with Ernest Jones, the Italian brand has opened its first mono-brand boutique in Leeds.
The new boutique is located on Commercial Street and aims to consolidate the brand’s presence in the UK. However, they haven’t abandoned their Italian roots and the interior of the shop is designed to bring a slice of Italy to Leeds through marble effect flooring and rich architectural design. Not to mention the various pieces of marine inspired paraphernalia that evoke images of the riviera.

Panerai Navy Seals Collection
Perhaps more exciting is the Navy Seal collection, which focuses on the Submariner and Luminor – Panerai’s most robust dive watch ranges. Specifically, the watches are the Luminor Marina Navy SEALS and Luminor Chrono Navy SEALs that both use the new Brunito style finishing. The Luminor Chrono Carbotech Navy SEALS that takes the chronograph and puts it in a carbon case. And lastly the Submerisble Bi-Tempo Navy SEALs which is a GMT edition. There’s also an experience edition of the Sumbersible Bi-Tempo that involves a special operations experience and is limited to 50 pieces.
